GTA Online, Planet Zoo, Dragon Ball and more join Xbox Free Play Days — Gaming

There is a brand-new Free Play Days offer available to Xbox players, giving them a chance to try out a new selection of games over the weekend. Microsoft's latest promotion brings in five games for Xbox players to try out, and they are Grand Theft Auto Online, Crisol: Theater of Idols, Planet Zoo, Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Two out of the five games available this weekend don't require a Game Pass subscription to jump in, letting you just play with no restrictions until the event comes to an end.

One of these is Rockstar's multiplayer universe of Grand Theft Auto Online (but only the enhanced Series X|S version). This is an extended promotion so you can try out the game until July 21.

Also in the free pile is Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, the action RPG based on the popular anime series. The game has you creating a custom fighter and traveling through time attending major events from the series.

Meanwhile, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential subscribers can also play Planet Zoo, Crisol: Theater of Idols, and Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports for no extra cost over the weekend.

To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, and then in the sidebar, find the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. All the games from the Free Play Days collection will show up in this section for quick access.

Other than Grand Theft Auto Online, all of this week's Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, July 19, at 11:59 pm PT.
