One Piece Returns September 17 For Tokyo Games Show

Set to take place this September, the Tokyo Game Show 2026 has finally been announced, with Bandai Namco revealing the event's exciting lineup at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
Taking place each year, the Tokyo Game Show is the world's largest video game convention and trade fair which sees fans flock in their thousands to get a first look at console, PC, mobile, and VR game reveals, as well as the chance to get their hands on playable demos, partake in esports tournaments, and of course, blow us away with incredible cosplays.
Taking place each September, the 2026 Tokyo Game Show runs from 17-21 and now, thanks to Bandai Namco, we now know which of its games will be heading to the main booth during the event.
This includes the likes of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, BLEACH Mirrors High, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, and Tales of Eternia Remastered. However, perhaps most exciting will be the appearance of One Piece: Grand Gourmet, which is set to launch on the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, Android, and PC.
Developed by Kairosoft, One Piece: Grand Gourmet is a simulation game which brings the world of restaurant management to the beloved manga and anime franchise. As a new employee, you will work alongside other members of the Straw Hat Crew to turn the Baratie floating restaurant into the greatest restaurant across the seas.
With over 400+ characters from the One Piece saga making their way to the restaurant, you will recognize some familiar faces as you choose ingredients and work alongside Sanji to cook stunning recipes. By adventuring, you will discover even more dishes to cook, from iconic series favorites like Water-Water Meat BBQ and Sea King Penne Gorgonzola, and even dishes that can harness the powers of Devil Fruits.
One Piece: Grand Gourmet will also allow you to decorate your restaurant with over 200 pieces of furniture and decorative items so you can make the floating Baratie uniquely yours. "From dessert-themed Whole Cake Island pieces to futuristic Egghead items, the customization options are as vast as the sea. If a character likes your design, they may even become a regular!"
Set to launch on 22 October 2026, the Tokyo Game Show will give you the opportunity to see the upcoming restaurant management simulation game in the flesh and, if you are a One Piece fan, you will love One Piece: Grand Gourmet.
