Marvel's Wolverine codes: Combinations for all locked doors, puzzles and lifts

If you're playing Marvel's Wolverine and you've landed on this page, chances are that you're looking for a numerical code for one of three reasons.

You're either in a specific mission in Japan, trying to access a secret room, or you're elsewhere in the game, just staring at a locked door or a lift (also known as an elevator, if you're reading this in America).

The baddie Bolivar Trask's compound, mainly seen in the Mutant Detected mission, also has a couple of situations where you'll be asked to enter a code. And if you can't work it out yourself, or you're just in a hurry, you've come to the right place for an assist.

The game does not have a cheat code system, meaning that the only codes you should need are for doors, lifts and things like that. Keep reading and we'll get that open for you in no time.

Full list of Marvel's Wolverine codes

There are three main codes that you need to know about in Marvel's Wolverine, and the full list looks like this:

  • Lift/elevator in Trask’s compound, Mutant Detected mission - 0514
  • Locked door in Trask’s compound, Mutant Detected mission - 0291
  • Shiro’s closet puzzle, Bad Blood mission - 1914

If you stumble upon any other code pads or elevators that we haven’t listed above, here’s an additional handy note to help you find any code that you might need!

Assuming that the logic of the game stays consistent in every nook and cranny, you should always see a prompt on the screen that hovers around certain numbers – this should enable you to use Wolverine’s heightened senses to work out which digits have been pressed by grubby fingerprints the most times.

Sometimes, it isn’t immediately clear which order the highlighted numbers should go in. Try the highlighted numbers a few different ways and you should be able to brute force any code system that you find in the game.

Still here and looking for some extra fun? Pit your wits against our Wolverine quiz in the widget below, bub. Let's see if you can get full marks.
