GeForce NOW support extends to 12 more games, including Sinking City 2

August is going by fast, but Nvidia is keeping up the pace with its weekly GeForce NOW updates. The latest supported games expansion is adding 13 more names to the service, including new releases like The Sinking City 2, and Gallipoli.

There have been some major updates to the service so far this month. Last week, the native Linux app finally left behind the beta tag to release in full. Just yesterday, another platform expansion appeared in the form of Firefox browser support, which finally joined the ranks of other supported browsers like Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

With all the tech upgrades out of the way, here are the games joining GeForce NOW's supported list this week:

• Stars Reach (New release on Steam, Aug. 18)
• The Sinking City 2 (New release on Steam, Aug. 18)
• Gallipoli (New release on Steam, Aug. 20)
• DIVE or DIE - Children of Rain (Steam)
• Escape the Backroom (Xbox, available on Game Pass)
• Hell Is Us (Xbox, available on Game Pass)
• High on Life (Steam)
• High on Life 2 (Steam and Xbox, available on Game Pass)
• Parcel Simulator (Steam)
• Starvester (Steam)
• The Thaumaturge (Xbox, available on Game Pass)
• Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered (Epic Games Store)

If you missed it, recently a modder managed to bypass the GeForce NOW interface and reach the Windows desktop environment on the cloud gaming service.

Keep in mind that, unlike subscription services like Game Pass or EA Play, a copy of a game must be owned by the GeForce NOW member (or at least have a license via PC Game Pass) to start playing via NVIDIA's cloud servers. There is also a limit to how many hours subscribers can use the service per month.
