FC 27 early access release date: When does early access start, and what's in the Ultimate Edition?
Today's the day, folks! Well, technically tomorrow, but who cares? The FC 27 early access release date is here!
With The Grounds coming to the game for the first time, and plenty more FUT, Clubs and Career Mode action to come, there's a lot of excitement around.
And if you're jumping in early to get a head start, here's what you need to know about the FC 27 early access release date and UK launch time.
FC 27 early access release date and UK launch time
FC 27 early access releases in the UK at midnight on Friday 18 September.
In fact, the game releases into early access for all console players at midnight local time.
The PC version instead receives a global simultaneous release at midnight UK time.
Obtaining entry to this early access period will allow you to play the game one full week before everyone else. A decent head-start in FUT, that would be.
To get early access to FC 27, you need to pre-order the Ultimate Edition or the Ultimate Plus Edition. (Yes, there is now such a thing as an Ultimate Plus Edition).
What's in the FC 27 Ultimate Edition?
As well as seven days of early access, pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition will get you the following benefits:
- 1x 85+ OVR International Icon in FUT (untradeable)
- 1x 93+ OVR Player Pick in FUT (untradeable, one of five options)
- 6,000 FC Points distributed over 3 months
- 1x FUT Player Evo Slot
- 5x Manager Live Challenge Creation Slots
- 1x 5-Star Senior Scout in Manager Career
- Dynamic OVR Pre-Season boost in Manager Career
- Season 1 Premium Pass
- 6,000 FC Points over 3 months
On top of that, in the Ultimate Plus Edition, you'll also get these extra goodies:
- 1x Hall of FUT Player Pick (one of five options)
- Seasons 1 to 5 Premium Passes
- 10,000 FC Points over 5 months
- FUT 85+ OVR International ICON Player Item (untradeable)
- Hall of FUT Player Pick (untradeable)
- Additional FUT Player Evo slot
- In FC 26: FUT 93+ OVR ICON Player Pick (untradeable)
- In FC 26: FUT Player Dribbling stats Evo
- In FC 26: FUT Player Physical stats Evo
Note: the Ultimate Plus Edition will stop being available to order after 31 August, so act quickly if that's the version you want.
