The official synopsis for Part 4 reads:
Racing against the spread of the Strong Spheres, Liko, Roy, and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers move to stop Laquium and the Explorers once and for all! But to put their plan in motion, they'll need to call on the many friends and Pokémon they've met throughout their adventures. After coming this far, Liko, Roy, Dot, and Ult aren't holding back—and with Terastilization, Mega Evolution, and new moves making their Pokémon stronger than ever, their skills and bonds will be put to the ultimate test as they battle for the fate of not just Laqua but the entire world!
And in the newly-unveiled trailer, it looks like the battles are already starting in earnest, with Roy calling on his trusty Kilowattrel and Skeledirge against Galarian Moltres as they battle a once-terrifying enemy with their arsenal more developed than ever. It's a striking scene as Roy's teamwork with his Pokémon bring a mighty Terastilized Kilowattrel against the legendary bird nemesis before them, perfect to get fans hyped ahead of the return of Pokémon Horizons.
