Now, Lioness star Celestina Harris has joined the cast of Netflix's Gabby's Dollhouse. In the Sheridan-created series, Harris plays Charlie McNamara, the younger daughter of Joe (Saldaña) and Neal McNamara (Dave Annable), in a recurring role that has led to appearances in all three of the spy thriller's seasons so far.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Harris will voice Gabby's younger sister Doozie in season 14 of the Netflix series. This comes after 2025's Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie revealed that the titular character has a little sibling, but there was no attached actor or a name for the character prior to the news of the Lioness star being cast.
Per DreamWorks Animation and Netflix, Doozie is a dog-loving sister who is “set to bring a fresh dynamic, relatable sibling fun, and plenty of paw-some moments to the beloved franchise." The official logline further teases what to expect in the new season and with a major new character now on the scene:

Laila Lockhart Kraner, who plays Gabby in the Netflix show, will be reprising the role in season 14. She and the 13-year-old Harris appeared on the Couple Things podcast on National Sisters Day to discuss the news, and the latter made it clear that this is very different from her Lioness role.
Harris shared that her character is "a very fun puppy-lover. She’s so energetic and creative, and I would say she’s like me because I love having everything upbeat. I love just having fun. I love dogs! But Gabby has really inspired her to be the person she is because Gabby shows her throughout the episodes that it's okay to fail, because you can keep on pursuing and keep on trying.”
The children's television series revolves around Gabby using a magical cat headband to shrink down so she can go on adventures in the animated world of her dollhouse. Since debuting on Netflix in 2021, the series has run for 13 seasons and 86 episodes. The franchise made the jump to the big screen with 2025's Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie, with Kraner in the eponymous role. The film grossed $80.8 million worldwide after being made on a reported production budget of $32 million.
With an 85% critics' score and a "Verified Hot" 92% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, the film was generally well-received. In ScreenRant's Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie review, Mae Abdulbaki gave it six out of 10 stars and wrote that "the result is a cute, thoughtful film that allows a new generation of kids to contemplate what it means to grow up, and whether they will retain that sense of passion and creative spirit in adulthood."
Gabby's Dollhouse was created by Traci Paige Johnson and Jennifer Twomey, who previously worked on Blue's Clues. They also served as executive producers for Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie, which was directed by Ryan Crego. In addition to Kraner, the cast included Jason Mantzoukas, Kristin Wiig, and Gloria Estefan.
