Luke and Leia are getting a prequel for the 50th anniversary of Star Wars.
During the Lucasfilm Publishing Panel at San Diego Comic-Con, it was announced that Luke and Leia are getting a new story in the novel Star Wars: Crossroads. Written by Beth Revis, it is a prequel to the sequel trilogy, and revolves around Leia training to be a Jedi and building her lightsaber.
