Persona 6 confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 release as new teaser drops

Persona fans will be in a frenzy after Persona 6 was officially confirmed for the Switch 2 during today’s Nintendo Direct.
In a teaser for the next instalment, nonsensical flashing images flooded the screen, before a simple green "P6" logo was unveiled.
The game was first announced by Atlus back in June during the Xbox Games Showcase, and was previously confirmed to come to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Steam.

Although little is known about Persona 6 – including its release date and when we can expect to see more – the announcement itself is enough for Persona fanatics to get hyped.
However, for Persona 4 Revival, fans can expect the remake to come to the Switch 2 next year on 20 May 2027, a bit later than the 18 February 2027 date given to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Steam.

The leak happened after Exophase, a website that allows players to track their achievements across platforms, added hundreds of new games to its Steam section, revealing achievement lists for games still in development – including Persona 6.
With such little known about the game, fans will surely be analysing the achievement list in hopes of discovering new content and Easter eggs.
