Kingdom Hearts' Huge Fortnite Collab Revealed Ahead of Next Update — Gaming

The long-awaited reveal for a huge Kingdom Hearts collab in Fortnite has finally begun, with Epic Games revealing the first look at Sora and hinting at the characters that will accompany him.

Fortnite‘s current season is focused on gaming legends, with the likes of Sonic the Hedgehog, Crash Bandicoot, Pac-Man, Tetris, and more all being involved, and Kingdom Hearts‘ involvement was previously confirmed.

Now, ahead of the next update of the game, a first look at the collab has been shared by Epic Games, and fans have diciphered the additional teasers.

Kingdom Hearts Fortnite Collab Revealed

A brief video posted on X revealed Sora’s design for Fortnite, which was followed by further posts featuring quotes that signed off with the individual letters S, K, R & R.

As posted by ShiinaBR, it’s expected that this confirms that Sora, Kairi, Riku, and Roxas will feature as part of the collab, with skins for each character expected.

The arrival of Kingdom Hearts in Fortnite will also provide a slew of in-game content, with it previously being confirmed that the Kingdom Key will arrive as a new weapon.

Fortnite’s continued updates have a slew of content lined-up for the weeks and months ahead, with the arrival of the Kingdom Hearts collab set to be followed by the start of the annual Fortnitemares event in October, succeeded by a new season in November.

The November switch is expected to be to a mini-season to round-off Chapter 7, much like The Simpsons did last year, with One Piece reportedly set to be the focus.
