Taylor Sheridan's new crime thriller series, Frisco King, has officially wrapped filming, clearing the way for the franchise's return.
Starring Samuel L. Jackson as Russell Lee Washington Jr., the spinoff of Tulsa King was ordered to series by Paramount+ in February 2026, and principal photography kicked off in March 2026 across North Texas, with filming taking place in the Fort Worth area and nearby suburbs. Now, the series is another step closer to streaming on Paramount+.
