Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Actor Luke Dale Is Opening Medieval Tavern in Prague
The actor views the place as a cozy spot for locals.
Luke Dale, who played the role of Hans Capon in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, announced that he is opening a medieval tavern in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
In a YouTube video, the actor shared that he always wanted to run a pub, a restaurant, or a cafe. "Something that was bricks and mortar, something that felt real," Dale said. The tavern, called Nobleman, is designed as a "Bohemian tavern inspired by the places where noblemen would gather and conspire and socialize." According to Dale, the concept implies the place wouldn't be a theme bar or a tourist attraction but a local place where locals can enjoy their time. The opening is planned for October 1.
"Ever since I moved to Prague and ever since I've worked in Prague, I've just been so humbled and so appreciative of this country. And so for me, this project and creating this tavern is like a love letter to Prague. It's a love letter to the Czech Republic and how much I love this city and this country and everything that it's given me because I've spent a third of my life here and I love it."
"I really want this place eventually to become something that when you walk in, you feel cozy and comforted and welcomed," the actor shared.
As for the cuisine, Luke Dale said that it would be a fusion of Czech and British food.
