Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest Brings Novel Series to PC & Console
The game, releasing this fall, will feature an adventure across four clans, with beloved characters from the franchise alongside original ones.
If you are a fan of the legendary novel series Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter, check out an upcoming video game based on the story. Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest is a turn-based RPG from TRAILMARK Games and the Coolabi Group, coming to PC and console this fall.
You will create a feline character who will participate in the clan rivalry and select one of the four clans to join: the courageous ThunderClan, the graceful RiverClan, the cunning ShadowClan, or the swift WindClan. Each of them features its own unique story campaign rooted in their heritage and customs, complete with its own prophecies, rivalries, and challenges.
Throughout the adventure, you will meet iconic characters from the franchise and new original characters. Choices and relationships you make affect gameplay and the story.

The character customization lets you choose unique fur patterns, colors, tails, whiskers, ears, eyes, markings, and more. You can also decorate your den with unlockable items and crafted pieces, such as bedding and scratching posts, that reflect your cat's personality.
Combat is turn-based, built around timing and tactics. You'll develop your own move set, learn to exploit enemy weaknesses, and unlock ancestor attacks granted by StarClan. As the story branches based on your choices, guided by mysterious prophecies and omens, each playthrough will be unique.
The game will be released on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and also on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Recently, there was another exciting announcement for Warrior Cats fans: the novel series is getting its first officially authorized animated series in 2028, led by Original Force.
