Alec's x Purely Elizabeth Collab Takes The Shame Out Of Ice Cream For Breakfast

- Alec’s Ice Cream and Purely Elizabeth have dropped a collab called “Ice Cream for Breakfast.”
- The packaging follows the same design style as the rest of Alec’s Ice Cream and is exclusive to Target.
Eating ice cream for breakfast might seem like an overindulgent way to start the day. Having dessert first thing in the morning doesn’t feel like making healthy choices, but the latest collaboration hitting the freezer aisle challenges those preconceptions.
Ice cream brand Alec’s and Purely Elizabeth granola have launched “Ice Cream for Breakfast” cups, exclusively at Target. Unlike conventional frozen desserts, the ice cream here is made with probiotic A2 dairy and has only 150 calories and 9 grams of sugar. The cups are finished with a crackable strawberry topper and Purely Elizabeth’s granola.
