A print-out of fictional addresses lying beside a pair of scissors and a couple of CDs at the desk of the local post office. The addresses shown were printed to demonstrate the usage of a basic Troff-based software program for printing address labels; the actual recipients who ordered the CDs are, obviously, not visible in the picture.
This picture was taken to demonstrate the functionality of a basic Troff-based program Iwrote for printing off address labels to stick onto parcels. Clarendon was chosen as the typeface due to its legibility and the fact it isn’t one of the overly-generic base fourteen fonts.
