Studio x01 identity and website

Founded in Milan, Studio x01 is a creative studio and production company working across documentary filmmaking, cinema, publishing, and visual communication. Its projects range from independent documentaries to branded content, communication campaigns, and occasional editorial work.

For their visual identity, social media communication, and the titles and credits of its independent film productions, the studio combines AL Sigla and AL Linea. Both typefaces are rooted in mid-century modernism, particularly Italian modernism. They complement one another naturally, creating a subtle identity by bringing together two major typographic traditions. Together, they form a restrained and coherent typographic system, equally suited to the studio’s documentary storytelling and commercial work.
