Dinal – W Strefie Jarania i w Strefie Rymowania album art (2026 reissue)

The new vinyl edition of Dinal’s cult album W Strefie Jarania i w Strefie Rymowania features a refreshed cover design by Marian Misiak, author of the original artwork. The typography combines Maria Connected, whose interlocking forms bring a distinctive contemporary rhythm to the composition, with Heneczek Pro, a typeface rooted in the expressive language of Polish graphic design. Together, the two typefaces create a visual dialogue between the album’s original character and its new physical edition, preserving the raw, unconventional quality of the original while introducing a more refined typographic structure.

Originally released in 2006, W Strefie Jarania i w Strefie Rymowania has since gained cult status within the Polish hip-hop community. Dinal, a group from Opole, emerged as an important voice in Poland’s independent hip-hop scene, with a distinctive style that combined unconventional wordplay, dense references and a strong local identity. Released by U Know Me Records on their JuNouMi label twenty years after the album’s debut, the new vinyl edition brings this influential record back into circulation, treating it not simply as a reissue but as a piece of cultural memory and a document of a particular moment in Polish hip-hop history.
