Evangelion:30+

Evangelion:30+ was a three-day anniversary festival held at Yokohama Arena in February 2026 to celebrate 30 years of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Bringing together exhibitions, live performances, concerts, talks, screenings, fan creations and exclusive merchandise, the event offered an immersive journey through three decades of the franchise and its lasting impact on Japanese popular culture.

Beyond celebrating its history, the festival also looked toward Evangelion’s future, featuring new creative works and special programs involving members of the original cast and creative team.

The festival’s graphic design was entrusted to graphic designers Tsubasa Ōtaki, Masashi Ichifuru, and nivirus. For the visual identity, they chose to combine Augure, designed by Simon Renaud and published by 205TF, with ITC Avant Garde Gothic, designed by Herb Lubalin with Tom Carnase and published by ITC.
